CRG West Emergency Contact Information
In the event your company is having an outage, and requires either technical support from CRG West, or access to on-site security staff, please use the following contact information. The best way to contact the CRG West technical staff is to open an online trouble ticket through the Customer Login . Once the trouble ticket is opened, the CRG West team will respond to you as quickly as possible. By opening an online trouble ticket, you will receive a trouble ticket reference number which will provide our technicians better information to begin trouble shooting the outage.
Below is a brief description of our escalation process in the event of an outage:
